Bill Mitchell
Certified Public Accountant
Bill Mitchell graduated in 1990 from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He went on to complete post degree work on an accounting equivalency and passed the CPA exam in November of 1993. He was awarded a Certificate of Distinction by the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy for having the highest score in the State of Arkansas on the November 1993 CPA exam.
Bill is also one of only a small number of CPA’s to receive an Elijah Watts Sells Certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants He received this award for scoring in the top one hundred nationally out of over seventy thousand who took the November 1993 CPA exam.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Arkansas Society of CPA’s where he has serves on the taxation committee. This committee meets annually with representatives from the Internal Revenue Service and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration to discuss how to improve the working relationship between CPA’s and these taxing authorities.

Carla Mitchell
Office Manager
Carla Mitchell manages our client services, and has experience in financial accounting and payroll services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas and had a 20 year career as a dental hygienist prior to joining our team as office manager 8 years ago. She keeps our office running smoothly and on track.
Taylor Davis
Certified Public Accountant
Taylor Davis is currently the youngest Certified Public Accountant licensed in Paragould, AR. She works with small-business clients daily in a variety of areas, from bookkeeping and payroll, to individual and corporate taxes.
Taylor received both Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from Arkansas State University. She was a recipient of the Paragould Premiere Magazine “30 under 40” award in 2016.
Taylor has several years of work experience in a variety of fields, ranging from management to self-employment. This combined with her advanced education allows her to both understand complex issues facing our clients, and interpret and analyze ever-changing situations to their utmost benefit.
Jennefer Messer
Senior Accountant
Jennefer Messer has over twenty years of combined CPA firm work experience helping small businesses and individuals with their accounting and tax compliance needs. She is extremely proficient in the areas of accounting, payroll, sales and use tax, and individual income tax.
Jennifer has completed the H & R Block tax return preparation course, as well as various accounting courses at Arkansas State University.
Jennifer understands the complex issues facing small businesses because she has spent the last twenty years meeting those needs .
